The studio

We’re a small studio, not a gym. Classes are capped, the teachers learn your name, and nobody minds if you spend the whole hour in child’s pose.

I’d tried two big gyms and felt lost in both. Here Laura spotted my dodgy shoulder in the first class and I’ve been coming three times a week since.
