Questions
Things people ask before their first class
I’ve never done yoga or Pilates. Where do I start?
Hatha Basics, Pilates Foundations or the beginners’ course. The two-week intro offer covers the first two, and you can ask us which suits you.
Do I need my own mat?
No. Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are free to use and cleaned after every class. Bring water and something comfortable to move in.
What if I have an injury or I’m pregnant?
Tell your teacher before class and they’ll give you other options. If you’re unsure, a private session first is a good idea.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, for up to two months a year, for holidays, illness or anything else. Just email us before your next payment.
How do I cancel?
Memberships run month to month by Direct Debit. Give us a month’s notice by email and that’s it.
Is there parking?
There’s a pay-and-display car park on Mill Lane, two minutes’ walk away, and bike racks in the yard.
